Happy Spring everyone, the sun is out, the snow is almost gone and I'm gonna buy a motorbike!
En Queue Film currently has two films, Adulthood a short horror-comedy about kids living in a world where growing up means becoming the undead, and Beneath the Painted Surface, our documentary about Destanne Norris, in consideration at 15 premiere film festivals around the world.
We will start hearing back from these film festivals in April and that will continue until Fall 2019.
Of course, if a festival makes any of our films an Official Selection we will let you know with banners and bells.
We currently have three features and two shorts in development, but the features have been seeking funding for some time. The shorts will probably happen this summer. One will likely be with young, award-winning filmmaker Bowen O'Brien (Adulthood). Stay tuned for those details.
Beneath the Painted Surface and its release represents our main focus these days. Getting it watched, seeking out funding, sales agency and/or distribution.
To that end we have prelaunched our Indiegogo fundraising campaign here
It will begin at 9am Monday April 29 2019. We are selling typical film perks but also the very unique opportunity to buy paintings made by artist Destanne Norris.
Those 14 paintings are available for purchase immediately and purchases of the largest paintings have access to Executive Producer credits and the perks that accompany it, (a contract, profit sharing.)
